150KW CCS CHADEMO DC Fast Charging Stations are designed for quick, convenient charging of all electric vehicle models, including those equipped with high voltage battery systems. The compact size of 150KW CCS CHADEMO DC fast charging station makes it perfect for public and fleet use, while its modularity allows an increase of charging power up to 150KW and serve up to two electric vehicles at the same time.
DC fast chargers have the same built-in precautions as any other EV charger: they only deliver as much power as your car can handle. From start to finish, your car is communicating with the charging station, monitoring conditions such as the vehicle’s state of charge, the maximum electrical current available from the station and the battery voltage, and regulating the power flow accordingly. Because fast charging delivers so much more power than AC charging, it’s especially important that it not send more power than the car or battery can handle.
